The inflatable cushion for step positioning – this exercise can noticeably relieve the strain on the lumbar spine. The notches between the air chambers are very suitable for separating the knee and ankle.

A particular advantage of the multi-part step bed is that you can individually adjust the height and firmness of the cushion. The side lengths of the square air chambers are approx. 18 and 20 cm. Without air, the step bed can be folded up for transport.

• The air chambers are made of a soft white film with textile embossing, easy to clean, very hygienic.
